2. Eligibility.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older when they enter. Void where prohibited. Sponsor’s immediate family and household members are not eligible.
3. Giveaway period.
The giveaway starts when the giveaway post goes live on @peacesofpeaches and ends on the day Peaces of Peaches officially launches. Sponsor will announce the exact launch date and closing time on Instagram at least 3 days before the giveaway closes. Entries must be received before the announced closing time.
4. How to enter.
• Follow @peacesofpeaches on Instagram, like the giveaway post, sign up free at peacesofpeaches.com, and tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post. That’s 1 entry.
• Each additional comment tagging a different friend earns 1 more entry.
• Sharing the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tagging @peacesofpeaches earns 1 bonus entry.
• Signing up at peacesofpeaches.com is free and requires no payment or card.
• Entries must come from a real, public account. Fake, automated, or duplicate accounts will be disqualified.
5. Prize.
One (1) Peaces of Peaches monthly box, approximate retail value $45, including shipping to a U.S. address. The prize can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash. Box contents are a surprise and may vary.
6. Winner selection.
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 2 days after the giveaway closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner notification.
The winner will be announced in @peacesofpeaches Instagram stories and contacted by direct message only from @peacesofpeaches. The winner must reply within 72 hours with a shipping address, or an alternate winner will be chosen. Sponsor will never ask for payment, card details, or a shipping fee, or send a link to claim the prize. Any other account claiming to be Sponsor is fake and should be reported.
8. Your information.
Email addresses collected at signup join the Peaces of Peaches waitlist and newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime. Your information will not be sold.
9. General.
By entering, you agree to these rules. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules, and may change or cancel the giveaway if something beyond its control affects it. The winner agrees that Sponsor may share their Instagram handle when announcing the winner.
